FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: rubber mixture based on polymethylphenylvinylsiloxane rubber contains finely disperse white amorphous soot as powder filling agent, polymethylphenylvinylsiloxane rubber as siloxane rubber, as well as low molecular polyphenylsiloxane, dicumyl peroxide as vulcanising agent of peroxide vulcanising system, methylphenyldimethoxysilane as antistructuring agent. As polymethylphenylvinylsiloxane rubber used is brand SE-54 rubber, containing 5% of molar part of phenylsiloxane units and 1% of molar part of vinylsiloxane units. Rubber mixture can additionally contain pigment red iron oxide of brand K in amount 1.5-2.5 wt.p. Invention makes it possible to create rubber mixture based on polymethylphenylvinylsiloxane rubber.
EFFECT: achievement of high frost resistance coefficient of elastic recovery after compression at temperature minus 60 degrees, achievement of specified characteristic of hardness, achievement of specified conditional tensile strength, achievement of specified characteristic of relative elongation at rupture, and reduction of characteristic of relative residual compression deformation in air for 24 hours at 200 degrees.
