FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: cut-off valve is comprised of a body, bottom with an opening, oil drain union, gas emission union, permeable membrane, spherical floats connected one on top of the other with lower rod at the lower float placed so that it may move in the opening of permeable membrane and the upper rod at the upper float installed at cardan drive and equipped with toroidal sealing with potential contact with a saddle placed at the gas emission union. At distance from the saddle there is a fixed plate with the central opening and cup-type seal contacting the upper rod. The oil drain union is placed in the body at the level of the lower float. The floats are placed in the body centre.
EFFECT: increasing operational reliability due to excluded entrainment loss of oil with gas.
