FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: pump stage contains an impeller with a journal and guiding device comprising a barrel, upper disk with an axial bearing, lower disk and blades. The upper disk with an axial bearing are designed monolithic with the barrel from the perforated metal cylinder with a polymeric material layer on its internal surface and perforations filled with a polymeric material. On external and/or on a back side of the barrel the circumferential groove for placing of a sealing ring is made. The upper and lower disks, vanes of the device and impeller are fabricated from the polymeric material, and the friction surfaces of axial and radial bearings are designed as plain friction bearings fabricated from wear-resistant metal alloy and/or ceramics and fixed on the surfaces of supports of pump details with the adhesive bonding and/or due to adhesion during casting or pressing of a polymeric detail, and the surfaces of joint of bearings with the detail are designed as mortise and tenon joint.
EFFECT: decrease of weight and increase of reliability of stage performance.
