SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a preservation composition containing, wt %: 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol - 0.8-1.0; a succinated low-molecular weight polymer, aminated with alkenyl succinic anhydride - 3.0-3.2; sealing liquid - 4.5-5.5; high-molecular weight polyisobutylene with molecular weight 18-20·104 - 0.3-0.4; a product of condensation of oleic acid with diamines and boric acid, modified with sodium - 5.0-6.0; mixture of petroleum oils, having kinematic viscosity at 100°C of 15.5-21.0 cSt and solidification point not higher than minus 25°C - up to 100.
EFFECT: obtaining a preservation composition for corrosion protection of ferrous and nonferrous metals, having high a capacity to displace water and an aggressive electrolyte from a metal surface, and improved protective properties with respect to nonferrous metals.
