FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: vehicle comprises an internal combustion engine (10) located in the first side compartment between axes (27, 28), a reversible electric machine (11), a hydraulic pump (12) and a disconnected drive (13) for selective disconnection of the internal combustion engine (10) from the reversible electric machine (11) and the hydraulic pump (12). The reversible electric machine (11) actuates the hydraulic pump (12), when the internal combustion engine (10) is disconnected from the disconnected drive (13). A battery (19) is located in the second side compartment, on the opposite side of a cardan drive (31) of permanent speed relative to the first side compartment, and is connected for charging with the reversible electric machine (11) and an electric motor (18), connected to the battery (19) and the cardan drive (31) of permanent speed in the third compartment under a telescopic boom (3).

EFFECT: reduced emissions into atmosphere, working totally from electricity.
