FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: method to remove powder gases from a weapon of armament of armoured force vehicles with a gas turbine engine consists in the fact that a breech is placed into an isolated volume, where powder gases are produced after pressing of an electric trigger, being detected by a gas content level sensor, which transmits a signal by electric wires via a time relay to an actuator, a check valve is acted upon, being located in a pipeline that connects the isolated volume with a unit of an air cleaner of the gas turbine engine, and with the help of air vacuum, air with powder gases is removed along the pipeline from the isolated volume and manned compartments.
EFFECT: possibility to isolate a source of powder gases of a breech by an isolated volume from a crew.
