SUBSTANCE: embodiments of the present invention relate to a developing cartridge and an image forming device containing it, and more particularly to a developing cartridge having a collapsible structure relative to the housing of the image forming device containing it. The claimed group of inventions comprises the image forming devices, comprising a housing, at least one developing cartridge mounted in the housing, for forming an image, and on one side is provided with a coupling connector to obtain power, a tray movably connected to the housing, accommodating at least one developing cartridge, a cover connected at one side to open/close the housing so that tray passes out of the housing outwards, a connecting element made with the ability to guide the movement of the tray and moving in accordance with the opening/closing movement of the cover, being connected with the cover, and a connector made with the ability to contact with the coupling connector being pressed by the connecting element, when the cover closes the housing, and the separation from it after being released from the pressing force when the cover opens the housing.

EFFECT: creating a developing device having a simplified structure of an electrical connection between the developing cartridge and the power unit which is mounted in the housing of the image forming device, and the image forming device containing it, at that reduction in the number of steps of the electrical interface between the developing cartridge and the power unit is thus achieved, thereby increasing the stability and reliability, the material costs are reduced, and performance is improved.
