SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to vehicle wiper brush (1), washing and cleaning device with said brush and vehicle provided with said washing and cleaning device. This brush comprises long resilient scraper 6. At least one scraper end is coated with envelope 19 built in the channel provided with the jet shifted to the side of scraper working edge 7 relative to medium lengthwise plane of said scraper 6. Jet axis is directed in scraper working edge so that washing fluid is directed to said working edge 7 of stationary scraper 6 that stays before turn for cleaning of glass surface. This allows the control over jet direction in working fluid feed and the direction of washing fluid to scraper working edge cavity for working fluid uniform distribution over scraper length.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of glass cleaning.
