FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a package for a condom, comprising two sheets (4, 6) of flexible film, welded together at their ends so that to put a condom (12) in the rolled-up state, having a circular part and a reservoir. The sheet (4) located opposite the side with the reservoir of the condom in the normal direction and in the opposite direction of normal unrolling of the condom is provided with a line of least resistance (8) in the form of a circle having a diameter slightly smaller than the circular part. The area of the sheet (4) obtained by the line of least resistance (8) is provided with a tab (10) located on the edge of the line (8) for use as the grip of the package and the opening means. After opening the package the condom is opened with the reservoir oriented outwards, whereby the condom can be gripped with the reservoir in the normal direction and is ready for placing and unrolling.
EFFECT: improvement of the package design.
