FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: refrigerating unit, namely a domestic refrigerating unit with a housing and a door. The housing and the door contain internal and external limiting walls and a heat-insulating layer that is formed between them by introduction of insulating foam, into which an insulating element is placed, namely a vacuum insulating panel fixed on one of the two limiting walls by means of a foaming liquid adhesive substance. At least between the liquid adhesive substance and the heat-insulating layer a provision is made for a separator that divides the liquid adhesive substance from the heat-insulating layer, thus preventing foam penetration. A manufacturing method of a refrigerating unit involves the following in the framework of preparation for a pre-foaming stage: the vacuum insulating panel is placed in a mould foaming chamber, in which foaming of the liquid adhesive substance is provided for attachment of the vacuum insulating panel on the limiting wall. The foaming chamber is separated from the mould by the separator so that foam penetration is prevented.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions allows simplifying removal of the vacuum panel from the mould.
