SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a wind electric plant containing a synchronous generator, as well as to a slowly rotating synchronous generator. A wind electric plant includes a synchronous generator that has a stator, a rotor and a liquid cooling system for rotor cooling, which is installed on an aerodynamic rotor of the wind electric plant. The liquid cooling system has at least one heat exchanger and at least one cooling channel in the generator rotor. The cooling liquid flows through at least one heat exchanger and at least one cooling channel in the generator rotor.
EFFECT: improvement of generator cooling.
