FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: in open arc furnaces the alloy "ХН77ТЮР-ВД" is cast at temperature 1470-1520°C to produce the consumable electrode. Vacuum-arc remelt of the consumable electrode in vacuum-arc remelt furnaces is performed to produce vacuum-arc ingot, and hot deformation of the vacuum-arc ingot at the press is performed with pre-heating in the ring heating furnace to produce the pipe blank. The pipe blank is turned, internal hole is drilled with drill speed 160-200 rpm, and with drill longitudinal feed 6-16 mm/min. The received shell is rolled, by at least two runs at pipes cold rolling mill. The heat-resistant seamless pipe is produced from "ХН77ТЮР-ВД" alloy containing the following chemical elements in wt %: chrome - 20; titanium - 2.7; aluminium - 0.9; iron - 0.9; silicon - 0.3; manganese - 0.2; nickel - base.

EFFECT: increased quality of the pipe mechanical properties.
