SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used to perform digital prediction of a transmission channel baseband. An apparatus for performing digital baseband prediction includes a transmission channel which includes a digital-to-analogue converter, a modulator, an amplifier and a power amplifier, and additionally includes an analogue part of a feedback channel, which includes a diode detector, a filter and an analogue-to-digital converter, and a digital part of a feedback channel which includes a predictor, a mode obtaining unit, a prediction coefficient generator and a feedback correction unit. The diode detector is configured to obtain the envelope of the output signal of the power amplifier.

EFFECT: low power consumption, simple equipment and realising the analogue part of the feedback channel on a single-chip device.
