FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: ceramic mixture contains, wt %: phosphoric slag 5.0-7.0; clay 75.3-81.6; wollastonite which is ground and sieved through sieve No2.5 0.3-0.5; flue ash 13.0-17.0; liquid potassium glass 0.1-0.2. The phosphoric slag is ground to powdered state, mixed with the wollastonite which is ground and sieved through sieve No2.5 and the flue ash. Clay and liquid potassium glass are then added to the obtained mixture and a ceramic mixture with moisture content of 9-13% is prepared. Articles are then formed by semi-dry moulding the ceramic mixture and then fired at 960-1000°C. The surface of the fired tiles and bricks is then coated with a layer of coloured low-temperature enamel and second firing is then carried out at 830-860°C.
EFFECT: high frost resistance of articles made from the ceramic mixture.
