SUBSTANCE: niobium-based alloy contains the following, wt %: molybdenum 8.5-12.5; zirconium 2.0-4.0; carbon 0.1-0.3; lanthanum 0.03-0.05; tungsten 0.8-1.0; iridium 0.05-0.1; rest for niobium.
EFFECT: alloy is characterised by increased strength at high temperatures.
