FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: ridgers comprise a rack, an A-hoe, a mouldboard and a bracket. The bracket is mounted on the rack. On the bracket an adjustment disc with an axis is rigidly secured, and an additional disc is mounted under the adjustment disc with the ability of rotation about its axis. The adjustment and the additional discs have openings located on the periphery at the same distance from their centre, and under the additional disc a guide bracket is rigidly fixed with a semi-axis and a mouldboard. The mouldboard is made flat and is mounted on the semi-axis with the ability to vary its position in height along the rack with respect to the cutting edges of the A-hoe and the attack angle in the horizontal plane and with the possibility of fixing in a required position. The mouldboards of each pair of the ridgers are mounted symmetrically with respect to the line of seeds sown at an angle, which aperture is directed towards the movement of the bedder planter, and the angle α is determined by the ratio where r is radius of the mouldboard, θ is the mouldboard contact angle with the soil, H is the height of the soil ridge, h is the depth of immersion of the mouldboard into the soil, γ is the natural slope of the soil, B is the width of the upper base of the soil ridge, and the distance L between the vertical axes of symmetry of the mouldboards is determined by the formula: where is the distance of soil throwing by one mouldboard, V is the speed of the thrown soil, g is acceleration of gravity of the soil, β is the angle of the soil elevation by the mouldboard when throwing it.

EFFECT: invention enables to increase the quality of planting row crops, and formation of soil ridges over the sown seeds.
