SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aviation. The device for rescuing people from an aircraft comprises walling in the form of a bottom and a side wall, made with the ability to fold in the vertical direction under the force of gravity when support it from below and unfolding in the same direction at its suspension with the upper part, a cargo strap, additional straps connecting the upper part of the side wall with an external suspension, and a supporting frame with a protective roof, fixed to the bottom. The side wall is formed as the bellows covering the bottom. One of the additional straps is made elastic. The device is provided with a flap door made in the protective roof with the ability of opening between two inelastic additional straps, a reserve parachute, a breakage sensor electrically connected to the system of the flap door opening, and clamps for fastening the bellows in the upper part at breakage of the external suspension.

EFFECT: invention is directed at extending the operational capabilities.
