SUBSTANCE: claimed vehicle comprises cabin, frame, engine with exhaust system, gearbox, steering mechanism, running gear including final drives system coupled with two pairs of shafts, wheels fitted thereon with low-pressure tires, suspension engaged with wheel tires, system inflation system, heating system and control system. Suspension comprises air line interacting simultaneously with all wheels tires and with tire inflation system. Vehicle suspension with wheels suspension system coupled with wheels tires, pneumatic drive and tire inflation system. Wheels spring system is composed of air line arranged the frame made up of rails and crossbars. Or, it is arranged outside said frame to make a closed loop connected with every tire via pipes provided with shutoff valves. Pneumatic drive and tire inflation system are composed by the engine exhaust system provided with shutter and connected with air line via pipe with shutoff element.
