SUBSTANCE: sprinkler-electroactivator comprises a supply pipe, a hollow housing with a water outlet opening passing in the deflector, at that the deflector is made in the form of three-flow divider with the trunks for each flow, the trunks with the housing are made in the form of stainless steel casting, the surface of the trunks serves as the outer electrodes, in the inner cavity of the trunks the inner electrodes are mounted by a thrust washer and a cap nut, comprising a contact washer, a grid cylinder and a helical guide of left-hand direction, the outer and inner electrodes are separated by a semipermeable diaphragm of microporous plastic, the supply pipe is made of dielectric material, the terminal for supplying electrical potential to the inner electrode is mounted with a thread in the contact washer and isolated from the outer electrode by the thrust washer made of a dielectric material, the trunks are mounted at an angle of α=30-35° to the horizontal plane and have an angle between the axes of the trunks β=45-60°, supply of electric potential to the outer electrodes is made through the terminals fixed to the trunks by welding.
