FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method of two-cycle analogue-digital conversion of integrating type is based on measurement of a sought-for time interval using a capacitor parallel to an operational amplifier. In the second cycle of measurement the discharge current of the capacitor is changed in time according to the expression Ic(t)=I0(kt)p with p>0. The device for realisation of the method includes a controlled two-cycle key element, an operational amplifier, a capacitor, a discharge current source, a comparator, a comparison level source, a control unit, a coding unit, an outlet of which is an outlet of an analogue-digital converter. The discharge current source realises a function of discharge current variation at the inlet of the operational amplifier in accordance with the expression Ic(t)=I0(kt)p, p>0. The discharge current source comprises a control inlet, which is connected to the outlet of the discharge current source connection/disconnection unit, the inlet of the discharge current source connection/disconnection unit is connected to one of control unit outlets.
EFFECT: reduced relative error of analogue-digital conversion with two-cycle integration.
