FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: pubic bones are brought together until contact tightly by means of a reduction device, and then through an incision made along a superior-anterior border of the pubic bones brought together. Above a symphysis, a metal plate shaped as a bone of a pubic articulation in the form of a segment of a flat ring with rounded angles is placed as an implant for fixation of the traumatically injured bones of the pubic articulation of the pelvic ring. The plate has two holes for retainer screws, two holes for spongious screws and one threaded hole. The metal implant plate is attached to the traumatically injured bones of the pubic articulation of the pelvic ring brought together, by means of the two spongious screws through the two holes in the plate. A hole is drilled out in the first pubic bone to insert the retainer screw therein; a hole perpendicular to an axis of the hole created for retainer screw of the metal implant plate is formed in a shaft of the first pubic bone. The implant plate is rigidly fixed through its hole to the pubic bone by means of the retainer screw. A locking screw is inserted into the pre-formed screw in the hole of the pubic bone perpendicular to the axis of the hole prepared for the retainer screw of the metal implant plate; the retainer screw of the plate is fixed to prevent its spontaneous unscrewing and release of the plate fixation to the traumatically injured pubic bones. The second retainer screw of the metal implant plate is fixed in the same sequence, and the second retainer screw is locked.
EFFECT: method enables recovering the shape and support function of the pelvis, reducing the risk of infectious contaminations of the surrounding tissues.
