SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of nanotechnology, in particular to encapsulation. Method of obtaining rosemary microcapsules includes dispersion of rosemary suspension in isopropanol into carrageenan suspension in isopropanol, then mix at 1300 rev/s, after which acetonitrile and water are added, then obtained suspension is filtered and dried under certain conditions.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to simplify and accelerate process of obtaining microcapsusles and increase output by weight.
