FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: steel plate has dip galvanized layer made on surface of the base steel plate containing in wt %: C from 0.075 to 0.400, Si from 0.01 to 2.00, Mn from 0.80 to 3.50, P from 0.0001 to 0.100, S from 0.0001 to 0.0100, Al from 0.001 to 2.00, O from 0.0001 to 0.0100, N from 0.0001 to 0.0100, and rest is for Fe and inevitable contaminating admixtures. The base steel plate has structure of the steel plate in range from 1/8 of thickness to 3/8 of thickness with centre about 1/4 of thickness through the plate thickness from the surface. Phase volume fraction of the residua austenite is 5% or below, and total volume fraction of the beinite phase, beinite ferrite phase, fresh martensite phase and tempered martensite phase is 40% or over.

EFFECT: production of steel plate with increased characteristic of impact strength at low temperature, and with ultimate tensile strength 900 MPa or over.
