FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: rotating cutter contains holder, cutting plate installed in the holder on the axle with possibility of free rotation in the bearings, bushing rigidly installed in holder, in it on the bearings the said axle is installed, one of the bearings is made as support for bottom part of the axle flange, on its work surface the cutting plate is installed by means of the guided clamp in form of the bolt with end face collar. The axle side surfaces are installed in the bearings. The flange work surface is made as cone cup with cone angle 5-12°, and axle and bushing are made out of the composite materials. The bearings for the axle side surface can be made in form of the radial or cone bearings. The axle side surface can be installed in the needle bearing.

EFFECT: increased machining quality.
