FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: decoration comprises a base with holes for a closing rod, a detachable decorative element, a decorative insert and a substrate, equipped with a cylindrical ledge with a radial slot and a closing rod. The external edge of the cylindrical ledge of the substrate is equipped with tabs radially facing outside for interaction with a cylindrical groove of a base. The base comprises a cylindrical groove, capable of holding the cylindrical ledge of the substrate, at the external edge of the groove there is a circular narrowing with through radial bores, capable of letting through the radial tabs of the substrate. The closing rod is equipped with a tooth protruding via a slot in the groove bottom and made as capable of insertion into a radial slot in the cylindrical ledge of the substrate after the substrate and the base are matched to each other, and are turned in respect to each other.
EFFECT: reliable fixation of a decorative element to a base.
