FIELD: motor vehicle industry.

SUBSTANCE: device contains resilient elongated carrying element, and elongated extruded windshield wiper (2) out of flexible material. The windshield wiper (2) includes central longitudinal groove (3), and in this groove (3) the longitudinal strap (4) of the carrying element is located. The groove (3) continues in the bottom direction below the longitudinal strap (4) and creates longitudinal hollow channel (18) limited by said longitudinal strap (4) and bottom (19) of said groove (3). Height of said hollow channel (18) in the place, where middle longitudinal cavity of the said windshield wiper (2) is perpendicular to the windshield to be cleaned, and is determined as 1/40 W≤H≤1/5 W, where W is width of longitudinal strap and H is height of the hollow channel in the place, where the middle longitudinal cavity if the said windshield wiper is perpendicular to the windshield to be cleaned.
