FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: aircraft noise reducing system process is related with lift development system (versions) including unfolding of slat arranged in the wing leading edge. In compliance with one version, this system comprises crosswise control actuator. In compliance with second version, stiff element arranged in said leading edge is engaged with the wing primary element to displace therewith. Slat (202) has filled recess and used in combination with moving element (402, 502) arranged in aircraft wing leading edge to create lift. Said moving element arranged in leading edge comprises single-component (402) of two-component section (502) to be moved off in aircraft wing to accommodate said slat with filled recess therein in as-folded position. In slat unfolding, said moving element arranged in leading edge is turned outward to create continuous smooth outer linear contour with the wing.
EFFECT: noise reduction.
