FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: spectrometer consists of inlet slit, first mirror, diffraction grating, second mirror and photoreceiver. Inlet slit is shifted relative to optical axis. First and second mirrors are composed of off-axis fragments of concaved spherical mirrors with concavity facing the inlet slit. Diffraction convex spherical grating is located in axial symmetry on optical axis. Diffraction grating grooves are arranged parallel with inlet slit long side. Photoreceiver is aligned with optical axis and located from the side opposite the inlet slit. Inlet slit and photoreceiver are inclined in meridian section through minor angles. Centres of spherical surfaces centre are located on one common axis that makes the spectrometer optical axis.
EFFECT: increased relative orifice, better image quality, decreased sizes and weight, simplified adjustment.
