FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: the device for drying grain comprises a section comprising a cylindrical casing, the outer surface is coated with a layer of heat-insulating material, a hopper, an unloading window. Inside the casing a conveying working body is mounted coaxially with the ability of rotation, formed as a screw. On the outer surface of the casing under the layer of the heat insulating material between the loading hopper and the unloading window there are heating elements. In addition, the device comprises a cooling device consisting of a fan and an air duct. The device is made multi-sectional, and the sections are mounted on the frame and placed over each other in a staggered order. The unloading window of each previous section is connected by the unloading sleeve to the loading hopper after each successive section. The unloading sleeve of the upper section is connected to the splitter with the pipelines, which are directed into the loading hoppers of each subsequent section, and one of the pipelines is brought outwardly of the frame. The air duct of the cooling device is connected to the unloading windows, the walls of which are made perforated with the perforation diameter, not exceeding the minimum grain size.
EFFECT: reduction of labour intensity of the grain drying process.
