FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: mixing heater of regeneration systems of steam turbines is offered which comprises the heating compartment located in the housing, the steam chamber with steam supply branch pipes with the steam check valves installed on their ends and the central steam channel with the lower punched plate, the water chamber with the condensate supply branch pipe inside and the top punched plate, the condensate collector separated by the partition with expansion pipes, this condensate collector has the emergency overflow pipe and the fairing above it, and also the condensate removal branch pipe; the ends of steam supply branch pipes are made with bevels, the partition has the funnel for condensate drain into the condensate collector the axis of which coincides with the heater axis, and in the top part of the heater the combined steam-air mix collector is located, and the water chamber is installed in the heater housing with the ring gap, the water chamber, the central steam channel and the lower punched plate are connected in the single block, besides, the condensate collector contains the deaerating device of bubbling type with the steam supply collector.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve reliability and overall performance of the power unit in general.
