FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by washing of the internal surfaces of hydraulic cylinders by piston movement under alternating supply and drainage of the cleaning medium from the hydraulic cylinder cavities. At that in position of the maximum volume the cavity is alternatively connected to HP and drainage main lines, as result in the cavity pressure and flowrate oscillations are provided, they ensure break-away of the contamination particles from the cavity walls, and continuous their mixing in jets of the pulsing flow. After holding necessary for the contamination particles break-away, the liquid flow at the hydraulic cylinder input is directed to the opposite cavity to move the piston for the volume decreasing of the washed cavity, and thus removing the washing liquid with the contamination particles from the cleaned cavity, and oscillations excitation is terminated.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced washing time.
