SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a decoration with a swinging part. The decoration comprises a holder for holding the decoration element; a frame suspended at a particular point or on a particular element; a first element comprising a circular or arcuate curved part attached to the frame; a second element comprising a circular or arcuate curved part attached to the holder and engaged with the first curved part; a third element comprising a circular or arcuate curved part attached to the frame at a certain distance from the first element, a fourth element comprising a circular or arcuate curved part attached to the holder at a certain distance from the second element, at that the second and the fourth elements are attached to the holder so that the front surface of the decoration part has a position facing upwards at about 5-45 degrees relative to the direction of gravity force, the first and second contact points are located in the upper position of the direction of gravity force relative to the common centre of gravity of the decoration part and the holder.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is enhancement of the decorative effect of the swinging part of the decoration.
