In compliance with the first version, for disengagement of the engine from the transmission at vehicle running by the starter, the starter rim is secured on the engine shaft to revolve thereon and to engage with the engine via coupling clutch. In compliance with the other version, starter rim is secured at the engine shaft to revolve thereon and to displace thereon and coupled with the engine via spline or friction joint. In compliance with the third version, the starter is engaged with the starter rim via reduction gearbox composed of a sliding unit composed of two gears.
