FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: tactic for treatment of intestinal obstruction of colon and rectum is selected. Zone of large intestine with symptom of hollow organ affection is determined radiographically. In case of intestinal wall thickening is more than 4 mm and symptom of intestinal wall contour doubling intestinal stenting is performed. Intestinal perfusion with disintegration of intestinal masses above tumour is realised. Laparoscopic control of transanal air sample is realised. Abdominal cavity is sanitised with solutions of antiseptics and drained.
EFFECT: at early stages method makes it possible, on one hand, to determine indications for urgent operation and, on the other hand, eliminate unjustified surgery.
