SUBSTANCE: invention provides a multifunctional composition for treating residential facilities after terrorist acts, which contains a clathrate of didecyl dimethy ammonium bromide, alkyl dimethylamine, alkyl benzene sulphonate, formaldehyde, ethylene glycol, nonionic surfactant OP-10, citric acid, orthophosphoric acid, dithizone and water, wherein components of the composition are in a certain ratio, in wt %.
EFFECT: simultaneous disinfection and decontamination of surfaces of objects and rapid detection of traces of trinitrotoluene-based explosives on surfaces.
