SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to a completing unit intended for completing of car battery cases with sets of electrode plates for the purpose of car batteries manufacture, at that the completing unit has at least one loading area for uncompleted car battery cases, at least one unloading area for completed car battery cases, at least one loader for sets of electrode plates and at least one first completing area placed between the loading area and unloading area, whereat sets of electrode plates loaded by means of the loader are inserted into the battery case, at that the first completing area has the lower section used as supporting surface for the battery case in process of the electrode plates inserting, moreover the lower section is made without conveyor assembly for the battery case and the completing unit has at least one retractable pusher (30) through which the battery case may be moved horizontally along the lower section at least.
