SUBSTANCE: invention relates to embodiments of the opening device and the container for liquid food product, in which providing tightness is the main indicator, and the opening for the straw may be easily opened, and the liquid food product may be drunk from it through a straw, it can be directly drunk through mouth, and it can be discharged. The opening device of the container for liquid food product, comprising a lower part, a main body made of a laminated packaging material, an upper part formed of a thermoplastic resin, and a cover, is mounted in the upper part of the cover and closes the discharge opening. The cover is provided with lines of weakening, providing sealing and facilitated notching. And the cover comprises a first part located on the front face side of the container, a second part located on the rear face side of the container and a gripping device projecting from the first part of the cover. In addition, between the first and the second cover parts a first hinge is made so that, when lifting the gripping device the first part of the cover is rotated around it for opening the hole over short space, and a second hinge is formed at the edge of the rear front side of the container so that when the gripping device is raised higher, the second part of the cover is rotated about the second hinge to form wider opening.
