FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device includes the working tool in the form of wheel in the radial slots whereof pistons are positioned. At the ends of the piston rods spring-loaded cleanup elements are fixed. On each rod the piston return spring is positioned. The wheel is installed in bearings on the stationary sleeve in the inner cavity whereof a power supply, a computing unit and regulating units (all interconnected) are positioned The regulatory unit is designed as an adjustable throttle valve and connected to the water supply pipeline. The wheel body has inner regulating ring channels communicating with the under-piston spaces of the radial slots and with inner drain ring channels communicating with radially positioned hydraulic nozzles. The inlet and outlet of the regulating ring channels and the inlet of drain ring channels are connected to the regulation unit via the ring grooves on the stationary sleeve. The device is additionally equipped with a laser sensor including a laser source and a photoreceiver that are oppositely oriented, installed upstream the fish carcass movement line and connected to the computing unit.
EFFECT: device enhances fish abdomen cleanup quality.
