FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises thermal contacting plate, heat removal system, thermal elements and controlled direct-current source coupled to thermal elements, at that the thermal contacting plate is made of a flexible base made of high heat-conductive material having face mask shape with openings in the area of eyes, node and mouth; the base consists of set segments designed to regulate shape and size according to specific geometric characteristics of a person's face, at that tight mechanical contact of these set segments is ensured due to anchoring at side surfaces of the segments, side surface of the base is free from connecting anchors and has ledges unblended at angle of 90° and for the purpose of tight thermal contact they are matched to affecting seams of the thermal elements, support seams are made so that they can contact air cooler, and at surface of the base from the face side there is a thin silicone layer, which prevents mechanical damage of facial skin at contact with the device, while the base is equipped with mounting fixture intended for tight fixation at a person's face.
EFFECT: simultaneous thermal impact on the whole surface of a person's face according to its specific structure and geometry.
