SUBSTANCE: claimed insert consists of the damping ring and bearing circular base composed of two circular bases with grooves on outer surfaces from the side of coupling line that make a common groove to house the damping ring at coupling. Circular support provided also for tire side strips thrust. Said damping ring can be locked on said common groove of lock joint, for example, dovetail, ledge-recess or slit-tongue while damping ring OD surface can be provided with grousers.
EFFECT: simple design, reliable operation, simplified mounting at the wheel.
