FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method to measure atmospheric pressure consists in measurement of variation of electric resistance of a deformed part of an aneroid box, which is made of an alloy with memory shape effect with superelastic properties. Having determined time dependence of electric resistance of a deformed part with the help of a resistance meter and a PC responsible for reception, processing and display of measurement results, a curve of atmospheric pressure dependence on time is produced.

EFFECT: reduced dimensions of a device and increased sensitivity of measurements.
