RIVETS PRESSER-OUT Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC B21J15/50 

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: rivets presser-out is hanged up using spring rocking arm, and contains a cylinder with piston, punch, clevis, main and additional handles. The punch is installed in the piston coaxially with it by means thread connection, and is made with cylindrical and cone parts. The clevis has the possibility of rotation relatively to the cylinder axis. The main handle is rigidly installed on the cylinder casing, having electric control button and suspension for connection with the spring rocking arm. The additional handle is rigidly installed on the clevis. At that the clevis has coaxial to the punch hole with cylindrical shape intended for interfacing with the reverse cylindrical surface of the matrix made with the support ring. During pressing out the support ring of the matrix rests against the rivet head, and end face of the cylindrical part of the punch rests against revetted flush end of the rivet.

EFFECT: possibility to exclude effect of irregularities of the surfaces of the parts connected by the rivets on formation of the bending forces on the punch, this increases operation reliability of the presser-out.
