FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chassis design of mining machinery, namely to the track type chain of the mine excavator. The tracks of the track-type chain are made in form of cast hollow support plate with bottom and top bases, end and side walls. On the top base of the tracks the race track made by crowns are located, and on the bottom base the grouser are located. The sides have eye lugs with the possibility of successive interfacing of the tracks in the chain by bushings creating the articulated joint. The support base is made out of Cr-Ni steel alloyed by vanadium, and has stiffeners located in its cavity under the race track on the axis of symmetry and with crown bases. The crowns are made arc-like with height 3÷4 of thickness of top base of the support plate. The grousers are located on the bottom base of the support plate by pairs and symmetrically, and bushings are made heat-strengthened and locked in the eye lugs by the locks.
EFFECT: increased service life of links of the track-like chain of the mine excavator by means of their reinforcement by the additional stiffeners.
