FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: inventions refer to agriculture. Complex organo-mineral granulated ash fertilising formulations contain ash produced by burning chicken litter mass, and flotation pulp in ratio 1:2.5-4. A method for producing the complex organo-mineral granulated ash long acting fertilisers involves burning bio fuel, mixing the produced ash with an organic binding agent, granulating the produced mix and drying the granules completely to humidity 10-12%; the bio fuel is chicken litter mass of humidity up to 45% formed by floor poultry breeding; the ash produced by burning the bio fuel is mechanically activated, and ash particles max. 0.5 mm in size are mixed with flotation pulp in ratio 1:2.5-4; the mix is then granulated; the granules are thermally treated at temperature 100-200°C by means of waste gas generated by burning the bio fuel.
EFFECT: inventions enable recycling flotation pulp and ash produced by burning the chicken litter mass for the purpose of producing the based complex granulated organo-mineral long acting fertilisers high in plant-available nutrients.
