SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a preliminarily packed capsule with smoking material which contains the following elements: container having an outer surface, a lower surface and side walls, the lower surface and the side walls forming a closed inner volume, a smoking material portion and a stirring device capable of movement inside the said smoking material; the said smoking material and the stirring device are enclosed in the said inner volume so that to be capable of free movement.
EFFECT: invention ensures freshness preservation and uniform filling of the package with tobacco.
