FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: baking mould contains a body and a detachable part; the body contains at least one lateral wall configuring the first hole; the detachable part contains a rigid section designed so that to enable closure o the first hole; the baking mould additionally contains a flexible sealing element positioned between the rigid section and the body lateral wall for the hole closure with the detachable part. The detachable part is tightly fitted onto the body so that a force is generated by way of the sealing element compression which force counteracts movement of the detachable part relative to the body.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce a mould one can easily remove the prepared product from; the mould Is impermeable for the product during preparation and ensures effective sealing to prevent air exchange between the mould inside and the ambient environment.
