FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: claimed tap or valve features a foot-drive and is shaped to a ring provided with membranes arranged on both outer sides and with the first channel extending inside the ring into the pipe extending to the ring centre and having a tap seat arranged at the ring centre in the lengthwise axis. A shutoff element is arranged at one of the said membranes. Both the membranes are connected nearby the seat by several studs and connected from outside by a clip or a frame. The second water channel is located in the ring. The areas of the said membranes may differ while one of these membranes can be squeezed by the outer spring. The tap is provided with a foot-drive pedal connected with one of the membranes. Or a pedal-drive ball or a plug valve can be sued. The claimed tap can be a gate-type multistart thread design or can have a rod and a bush, the inclined grooves thereof featuring the varying angle of its inclination to the rod axis. The rod is provided with ledges or round recesses to receive the balls, or otherwise. The said pedal or the tap shutoff member can be provided with a constrictor.
