SUBSTANCE: side plate element (6, 6') of the link (4) of the self-laying endless conveyor belt (1), passing along spiral, contains external plate section (10), internal plate section (20), and transient plate section (30) connecting them. The external plate section contains top sub-section (11) passing in the first plane, bottom sub-section (12) passing in the third plane displaced inside relatively to the first plane, where the third plane is parallel to the first plane. The internal plate section contains top sub-section (21), passing in the second plane, displaced inside relatively to the first section, where the second plane is parallel to the first plane, and bottom sub-section (22) passing on the forth section, displaced inside relatively to the second plane, where the said forth plane is parallel to the second plane. The stiffener (13) passes between the top sub-section and bottom sub-section of the external plate section, and is structure made by press forming in direction outside opposite to the direction inside.

EFFECT: increased stability of the side plate element, reduced risk of its deformation.
