SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparation of prescription components, soak in milk and wheat bread chopping, chopping meat and pieces of onion. Combine carrots, white roots, leek, vegetable pepper, grated part of onions, wheat flour, bone broth, red wine, tomato paste, sugar and the rest of the salt, the rest of the black pepper, allspice and bay leaf to give sauce. Packed meatballs, cabbage and gravy, sealed and sterilized.

EFFECT: method allows you to get a new canned using nonconventional vegetable raw materials without changing the organoleptic properties of the desired product.
