SUBSTANCE: device for the low-temperature gas separation contains preliminary, intermediate and low temperature separator unit and reducing gas. As the two-piece intermediate separator set dephlegmator stabilizer comprising an upper and lower stabilizer deflegmation section equipped blocks thermal mass exchange elements with the internal space for passage of coolant or refrigerant and the external mass transfer space. Thus, the block of thermal mass exchange elements deflegamtion section consists of two parts, one of which is equipped with a supply line of the condensate of low temperature separation and connected with the zone supply line supplying heated condensate, which is adjacent to the feed line of the cooled gas pre-separator, while the other is equipped with a gas supply line low temperature separation and line output of marketable gas. Furthermore, the block of thermal mass exchange elements stabilization section equipped with input and output lines, the gas pre-separator, bottom section equipped stabilization line output stabilized condensate and deflegmation top section is equipped with gas outlet line intermediate separation. A method of low-temperature gas separation involves cooling gas pre-separator, its intermediate separation to obtain a condensate, and gas, which gas is cooled low-temperature separation, is throttled and subjected to low-temperature separation of gas output from the unit after heat and condensate. For low temperature separation using the apparatus, wherein the gas pre-separator is first cooled in the inner space block of thermal mass exchange elements stabilization section, then mixed with the heated condensate of low temperature separation and is separated in the middle of the dephlegmator-stabilizer for condensate, which is sent to stabilization section where stabilize for by heating the gas pre-separator and the gas that is directed to deflegmation section, where it is carried out under reflux further cooling and condensation of low temperature gas separation. Also, from the bottom of the stabilization section output stabilized condensate and from the top section deflegmation outputted cooled gas intermediate separation.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the output of marketable gas and lowering the dew point temperature of marketable gas.
